All you need to know, from baggage allowance to booster seats

One of the most common mistakes when booking a transfer is not checking the correct arrival times. You must check for time differences and next day arrivals. Next-day arrivals are usually shown on itineraries as time +1. Example of next-day arrival: 06.00+1
Getting to the airport in good time is vital. We always recommend allowing extra time. Always take traffic, weather and unforeseen circumstances into consideration when placing a booking. This will ensure you arrive at the Airport with plenty of time to check-in and even explore the duty free once through security.
Our drivers will always meet you inside the arrivals hall. We always check flight arrival times to ensure your driver arrives on time. For communication purposes we ask passengers to ensure mobile phones are switched on once through passport control. Our drivers will always be holding a sign with your name clearly visible. You will also receive a text message with the drivers contact number should you need to make contact.
We monitor all flights for delays. However some flights can have multiple delays. In the case of flight delay we ask travelling passengers to contact us either by phone or email. We can amend your arrival times to ensure your driver is at the meeting point upon arrival.
All bookings placed online are confirmed via email.

Payment will be collected by your driver at the end of your journey. You may pay by cash or card. Cheques are not accepted.

Our baggage policy remains the same of both Business and Economy class transfer.

2 medium/large cases (Max size 75x50x32) Max weight 30kg each 2 hand luggage items max (Max size: 56x45x25)

Economy Minibus:

8 medium/large cases (Max size 75x50x32) Max weight 30kg each 8 hand luggage items max (Max size: 56x45x25) If you’re travelling with buggies / pushchairs or large items such as sports equipment we recommend you book our Economy Minibus. This vehicle is not available for online selection. You must contact us to arrange a minibus for you.

All our fares include parking and waiting charges for upto an hour after landing. Additional charges apply thereafter. We would usually only apply the parking charges to your fare should the waiting time exceeds 60 minutes.

Unfortunately, we no longer provide child seats/boosters, however you’re welcome to provide your own. If you book a return journey with us you can leave them with our driver and we will bring them with us on your return. We would like to make you aware it is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure the seats are strapped in.

For those who require assistance with luggage or if you are unsure of your check-in desk and require help. Our drivers will be more than happy to offer a helping hand. The minimum parking charge will apply for this service.

If you have paid for a transfer and wish to cancel we would honour a full refund if you cancel within 12 hours of your collection time. Should we dispatch a car then this will be fully chargeable and no refund will be given.

You’re in safe hands

The health and safety of our drivers and passengers is priority for us. We’ve added safety measures to ensure everyone remains safe when travelling with us. Every vehicle is cleaned and sanitised before and after every trip We ask all passengers to wear a mask throughout your journey. A wellness kit is provided in every vehicle. To reduce physical contact we ask those passengers who are fit and well to load and unload luggage in and out of our vehicles. Assistance will still be available should it be required.
